Slack

The AISafe Slack integration sends notifications to your Slack channels when important events occur: assessments completing, findings discovered, reports ready, and regressions detected.

How it works

AISafe posts messages to your Slack workspace via incoming webhooks or the Slack API. You configure which events trigger notifications and which channels receive them.

Setting up Slack notifications

  1. Navigate to Integrations in the AISafe dashboard.
  2. Click Connect Slack and authorize AISafe in your Slack workspace.
  3. Choose the channels where AISafe should post notifications.
  4. Select which events to subscribe to (assessment completed, finding created, report ready, monitoring regression, etc.).

Notification types

AISafe can send Slack notifications for:

  • Assessment completed: an assessment finished with a summary of findings by severity
  • Finding created: AISafe discovered a new vulnerability (filterable by severity)
  • Report ready: you can download a PDF report
  • Monitoring regression: a vulnerability you fixed has regressed
  • PR review completed: AISafe posted a security review on a pull request

Webhook alternative

If you prefer more control over notification routing, use AISafe's outbound webhooks to post to Slack via a custom integration or middleware. Webhook subscriptions support per-event filtering and scope to org-wide, per-project, or per-assessment.
