Email notifications

AISafe emails you when something changes. It does not email you to say nothing changed.

What you get

EmailWhen it arrives
Assessment completeAn assessment finishes. Carries the finding counts by severity, and — for the free static analysis scan — how many are new since the last scan of that project.
Critical findingA finding is rated critical. Carries the title, the severity and the project.
Report readyA report finishes rendering.
Weekly digestMonday morning, per organization, only if something moved: new findings, resolved findings, what is still open, and up to five headline items.

A week with no new findings and nothing resolved sends no digest.

What the messages contain

Counts, severities, finding titles, ids and links back to the dashboard. Never a finding's description, impact, remediation, proof of concept or source code. The detail stays behind your login.

Turning them off

Every one of these carries a link at the bottom that switches that category off without signing in. One click, one setting, and the others keep arriving.

You can also manage all of them under Settings → Notifications, where each category has its own toggle plus a master switch for email as a whole.

Password resets, email verification and team invitations have no off switch: they are part of using your account, not announcements.

Sending to a shared inbox

An organization can route domain events to a shared mailbox alongside Slack and Microsoft Teams. Under Integrations → Chat notifications, pick the Email tab and add up to ten addresses.

Choose which events the inbox receives, and optionally set a severity floor. The floor applies to per-finding events — a floor of "High and above" drops a medium finding notice. Events about a whole run, such as an assessment completing, always arrive: they cover findings at every severity, so one number cannot decide them.
