Review uploaded source changes

A change review compares two source revisions of a project. It uses the same review price and included monthly volume as a PR review. No repository integration is required.

Open the project's Change reviews tab. Upload a new archive there, or select two revisions already in the project. Choose Review changes after checking the base and head revisions. An optional title and description explain what the change is intended to do. Starting a review requires manager-level project access and a plan that includes PR reviews.

The review page shows the changed files and findings beside the lines they cite. Changes keeps the explanation, impact, fix and proposed patch in the code context. Copy a suggestion, finding as Markdown, or a link for a colleague. Findings opens the full finding view. The history lists earlier attempts and their source pair, status, finding count and allocation. A review and a selected file or finding each have a shareable URL.

Choose Review again to open a new request with the same revisions selected. You can edit its source pair and context before starting another attempt.

An intentional rerun uses another included review or the standard review price. A retry after a lost reply joins the original attempt. A failed review returns its allocation; a completed partial review keeps its allocation and states which files were skipped or stopped.

A revision whose source has been removed cannot start a new review. Existing findings remain recorded, while a diff disappears with the source it quotes.
