Preview the zero-config source-repo target for this project

Compute what the project source-repo target would look like.

Mirrors the per-assessment suggested-target preview against the project's VCS source. Project-scoped targets require an org-scoped connection, so a personal source connection is reported unavailable even for the project creator. Read-only; never inserts a row.
