Update the current user's email notification preferences

Partially update the authenticated user's email notification preferences.

Only fields present in the body are written; omitted fields are left untouched. Returns the full refreshed preference set.

Authenticated but not authorized for this resource. Note: cross-organization reads return 404, not 403.
